Certain maintenance medications used to treat hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes (control drugs and supplies), osteoporosis, glaucoma and asthma (including related supplies) may be available at reduced copays. The reduced copays apply only to specific maintenance medications that are covered with caremark.
